Presentation and Participation

Presentation

Oral and poster presentations will be included in the Forum over
three full days.  Reproduction, distribution or storage of any part of the presentations and discussions is prohibited.  No proceedings will be reproduced or printed.

Participation

Potential presenters and participants must fill in the application available on Call for Participation web no later than July 7.  After the deadline, once you have been accepted you will receive instructions to register in the Forum.

Participation in the Forum is limited so that it is designed to encourage active participation. Short presentations (approximately 15 minutes) are welcome and we encourage thought-provoking talks that will provide an opportunity for all participants to share their thoughts.

Language

The Forum official language is English. Papers must be submitted and presented in English.
No simultaneous translation will be provided during the presentations.
